Wine from google tasting

Le Clos Jordanne Village Reserve Pinot Noir 2009, VQA Niagara Peninsula

Lovely Pinot!
Dark cherry color, on the nose smoky, dried cherries, spice. After a while, opens more to the pafumy, floral aromas.
On the palate dry, medium bodied, balanced with mineral notes. Medium finish with red berries flavor.

Flourish Vidal Icewine 2008, VQA Niagara Peninsula (200ml)

Proudly from Ontario!
Amazing example of Vidal Ice wine!
Golden bright color.
On the nose lots of tropical fruits, honey, floral accent, amazing nose!
On the palate sweet, but not too sweet. Dried fruits, honey, maple syrup.
Finish is soft, long and delicious.

Jackson-Triggs Entourage Methode Classique Sparkling Brut 2007

It was a lovely sparkling. Bubbles disappeared very fast. Nose wasn't very pronounced. Some stone fruit, toast.
On the palate it wasn't really Brut for my taste, I would say off dry.
Stone fruit on the palate with touch of citrus.
It was nice with Canadian cheese.
